Slim people have genetic advantage in weight control
For a naturally skinny guy who wants to bulk up, the biggest barrier is rarely genetics; it is usually a combination of under-eating and unfocused training. Going from thin to muscular is absolutely possible, but it requires approaching bulking up as a structured process built around three pillars: eating enough to gain weight, using strength training to build muscle, and allowing time for recovery. When those three elements are aligned, even someone who has struggled for years can finally add muscle mass and keep it.
